Self-employed workers can't afford to stop because of pain. every day off is a day without income. Many keep working despite the pain, which leads to inflammation, causing even more pain in an endless cycle.

Challenging the painkiller category, which often reinforces a non-stop culture, Dorflex created the brand platform "na conta da dor".

We reimagined our influencer strategy by redirecting part of the budget to pay self-employed workers so they could take time off and fully recover. In return, they created educational content about the importance of rest in the recovery process, which became part of the brand's communication.

As compensation for participating, each worker received a fee equivalent to one month's minimum wage for the content they produced.
